Friday, April 26:
– 5:30-6:30pm: Registration and Cocktail Hour
– 7:00: Dinner
– 8:30: Improv comedy performance by ComedySportz Philadelphia

Saturday, April 27:
– 7am: Breakfast and registration
– 8:15: Annual meeting and District business, Memoriam
– 9:30: Keynote Address by the Fun Dept.: Bringing Fun to Your Organization
– 10:30: Morning breakout sessions
– 12:30pm: Lunch, 4-Way Test Speech Contest, President’s Representative, PDG Bill Donnelly (District 7505)
– 2:00: Afternoon breakout sessions, District Training Assembly sessions
– 5:00: Day ends. Attendees are encouraged to attend Giveback dinner together.

Sunday, April 28:
– Day of service. Clubs are encouraged to either plan their own service projects or attend one of the District-organized projects (details to follow).

 

Conference Sponsorship Opportunities:

During the weekend of April 26-28, 2024, Rotary District 7450 will hold its annual conference at the Desmond Hotel in Malvern, PA.

Rotary District 7450 comprises 45 clubs in Southeastern Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, lower Bucks, lower Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. These clubs are made up of business leaders, professionals, volunteers, and others looking to give back to their local and global communities through community service, volunteerism, and fundraising.

We are offering different sponsorship levels that will give your company exposure on our website, as well as at our District Conference in the form of signage and recognition, as well as mentions in our weekly email (sent to ~1200 Rotarians). We expect 100-150 attendees.

Rotary District 7450 is a 501 (c) 4 organization. EIN 23-6275270.

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS:

Friend of Rotary  $100: Name and logo on conference signage in main ballroom
Bronze  $250: Name and logo on conference signage and mention in weekly District email
Silver  $500: Name and logo on conference signage, weekly District email, and raffle table
Gold  $750: Everything at the Silver level, plus the opportunity to provide business cards, swag, etc.
Platinum  $1000: Everything at the Gold level, plus signage in all breakout classrooms
Diamond  $2000: Everything in the platinum level, plus top sponsor billing and acknowledgment at all meals
